SPONSOR AND HOSTING AN EB-5 PROJECT
Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center will review the Project and documents submitted by the Client to determine if the project would be acceptable within the guidelines and regulations for EB-5 Program funding as required by the USCIS for the “EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program”. The Regional Center has the authority to approve a project if all the documentation is complete as required by the USCIS.
The Client will provide the following or Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center will prepare any and all compliant documentation required for the “EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program”.
- Executive Summary
- Private Placement Memorandum (optional)
- Operating Agreements/Limited Partnership
- Subscription Agreements for Immigrant Investors
- Business Plan using “Matter of Ho” guidelines
- Economic Analysis Report
- Marketing Plan
- Escrow Agreement
Once the entire application package has been completed, Southeast Florida EB-5 Regional Center will make a submission to USCIS including Form I-924, if applicable.
During the approval process, our Regional Center will respond to any requests from USCIS for additional information or request for evidence.
